LeaGang Labas

This Privacy Policy explains how LeaGang Labas - CourtRadar (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the LeaGang Labas - CourtRadar mobile application.
By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We may collect the following information when you use the app:
- Email address
- Username
- City
- Skill level
- Basketball position
- Profile avatar/icon
- Your device location is used to show nearby basketball courts and games.
- Location is only used while using the app and is not continuously tracked in the background.
User Content
- Court reviews and ratings
- Court photos uploaded by users
- Pickup game information (game time, court, number of players)
- Player statistics entered after games
- User-submitted courts and court information
Usage Data
- App usage information such as app activity, crashes, and performance logs to improve the app.
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Display your profile to other players
- Allow you to join and host pickup games
- Show nearby basketball courts and games
- Store court reviews, ratings, and photos
- Track player statistics and game history
- Improve app performance and features
- Maintain safety and prevent abuse
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored securely using cloud database services (such as Firebase / Lovable Cloud).
We retain your data for as long as your account exists.
Retention Details
- Account data: Stored until the user deletes their account
- Reviews and comments: Stored until the user deletes their account or requests deletion
- Pickup game data: Stored for up to 12 months for history and statistics
- Player statistics: Stored until the user deletes their account
- Uploaded court information: Stored indefinitely to maintain court database accuracy, unless removal is requested
4. How Users Can Delete Their Data
You have the right to delete your data at any time.
You can request account and data deletion by:
- Sending an email to: johnpaulbernardino@saasbtech.com
- Subject: Data Deletion Request – LeaGang Labas
- Include your account email and username
When you request deletion:
- Your account will be deleted
- Your profile information will be deleted
- Your statistics will be deleted
- Your hosted games will be deleted
- Your reviews will be anonymized or deleted
- Your data will be removed within 30 days
5. Data Sharing
We may display some of your information to other users within the app, including:
- Username
- Skill level
- Position
- Game participation
- Reviews and ratings
- Player statistics
This is necessary for the social and basketball features of the app.
We do not share your personal data with advertisers.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information using secure cloud services and authentication systems. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or on the app listing page.
